Working Conditions of APS Members

The working conditions of APS members are detailed in the following two documents: our Collective Agreement signed in July 2008, which will run out in June 2013, and in the body of Human Resources policies. These HR policies are headed up by the Appeal Procedure for employees-members of the APS/CBC Collective Agreement.

Please note that policy 2.2.01,Staffing, policy 2.2.12, Workforce Adjustment and policy 12.0, Workforce Adjustment Procedures, are included in our collective agreement.
